I was excited to try Crema because I’d heard good things, and while the food was enjoyable, the overall experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there were several empty tables available, but almost all of them were covered with dirty dishes and trash from previous customers. I had to look for an employee and ask someone to clean a table before I could sit down. Even after being there for about 40 minutes, many of those same tables were still dirty. I watched multiple customers walk in, look around for a clean place to sit, and wait because no one was clearing the tables. The floors were also noticeably dirty, with trash left underneath some tables. I ordered an iced latte, and unfortunately it tasted terrible. I politely asked if I could exchange it for something else or receive a refund since I wasn’t going to drink it. The cashier looked at me like I had asked for something unreasonable and simply said no because I had already tasted it. I explained that I had to taste it to know whether I liked it, but the only solution offered was adding more syrup to cover up the flavor, which wasn’t what I wanted. Horrible service which is weird because other locations are much better and this one is newly opened (never had an issue with the Davie location). I’ve been here twice and both times I have had an issue. The first time, the food was not heated through and I had to send it back and the replacement had the same issue so I just cut my losses. The staff were not friendly about this. The second time, we waited 45 minutes after we ordered and never received our food and had to ask to be refunded. Both times the staff were rude and dismissive. After waiting 45 minutes and asking for a refund, there was no apology or offer to help fix the issue. The cashier refunded me only the sandwich (not the chips nor the coffee which I wouldn’t have ordered if I had not planned to eat a meal here) without even addressing me and handed me the receipt while helping another customer. I was also not refunded the 15% service charge for dining in which I didn’t even get to do since I never got my meal, nor did I have the chance to ask since the cashier didn’t even address me with eye contact and was helping another guest while refunding me. Stopped in for some coffee in the afternoon! Made it fresh but the staff wasn’t very personable. Coffee was good.

Finally tried this place out. I had the breakfast croissant and a mocha coffee. My daughter got the breakfast sandwich. Good presentation and great coffee. I will definitely come again.

Absolutely delicious!!! I had an açaí bowl and a matcha latte. Spoke to the manager Carlos because I had some pieces of ice in my açaí bowl. He immediately apologized and offered me another bowl but I kindly declined. Although he did give me a pastry to go. Carlos addressed his staff in regards to the mistake. Thank you for your hospitality Carlos
